Saddlebred horse wanted- VA area

I am looking for a reasonably priced or adoption horse for my 13 year old daughter to use for 4-H and Trail riding. We can offer a loving home with other horse, barns and several pastures. Horse should have good training, no vices and be safe for children. We are located in central VA.
