I used to Live in London before i came out here to Japan this year. I managed to meet and film a lot of Oriental girls in London for my OSP website... A lot of them i just approached in cafes and started talking to. If you are genuine and nice, people are often willing and happy to chat to strangers. Appear friendly and dont be too nervous... Japanese are often nervous when approached by foreigners in England, but a smile and some intelligent conversation can usually get you started.
