The Cartoon Network is running the English dub of Dragonball Z. The Great Sayaman saga is almost done, and as I expected, both of Bulma's smoking scenes were edited. Where she lights up and puffs, it was cut out, and where she stands and holds, the cigarette is air-brushed out of her hand.
