Just got off the phone with PH. Jim (SG) is in our fair country for a few days, so we decided to hold a mini-summit in Hiroshima LOL. Seriously, I am posting about it here because I am sure the three of us will talk about many things related to this board (naturally), and I was thinking if any of you out there in cyberland had any particularly scintillating ideas/thoughts you would like us to toss around, I would be happy to broach them to the other two guys. Oh, don't worry cigar lovers, the first thing out of my mouth after "Welcome to Japan, Jim", will be "When the heck is that Yumi cigar footage going to be available from Smoke Signals?" Well, just kidding. I am looking forward to it, but I also know that good things come to those who wait.
Seriously though, it is kind of rare I imagine for three people of our ilk to gather, so I expect it will be a good opportunity to talk about many things, like the future of videos, how to get models, new ideas for dialogue on videos, our community on the web, etc. So if you have any ideas for us to talk about, or have a particular suggestion, don't be shy; post soon! The last time I read this board before I make my way to Hiroshima will be in about 24 hours from now (11 p.m. Japan time). Hope to see many ideas here in the day ahead. While I am there, maybe I'll try on a reporter hat and make a comprehensive post here next week about how our discussions went.
