David, Pachmayr is now owned by Lyman products. You can view their grips at http://www.lymanproducts.com/pachmayr/gripfind.htm . They're checkered rubber over a steel insert. I've tried the Hogue rubber panels on my P226, but found that they caused the magazine release and decocker to bind slightly, and the rubber was too clingy for concealment use.
