First of all you should never need warranty work done on a sig. They are that reliable and well made. The only time I had to rely on a warranty was when I purchased one of my sport target models. It didn't have the trigger pull that I expected from a custom shop gun. I called them and obtained authorization to send it in for reworking. There was no hesitation. They gave me the authorization and my gunwas back in my hands in two weeks with the type of trigger pull I expect from my finest firearms.
