Update: After the bad experience with Sig support I contacted Nill Grip support directly in Germany by email, very nice folks over there! Their support said that the Sig walnut grips need a longer screw and that I could order them from MacTec Enterprises. I just ordered them (they're five bucks). Anyway, a disappointing experience but happy ending....
