I had the same problem with a 226 9mm cpo. Before I called Sig I tried cleaning the mags and still had problems. Tried some mags I borrowed and the gun worked with no more problems. Called Ray at Sig and explained the problem. He sent me 2 new mags, no questions asked. Sounds like you may have an extractor problem.
