As far as wher she came from, it will be clearly marked on the frame. If it was made in Europe (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland) there will be proof marks on the frame (right side of gun). If there are no markings, and the guns has "SigArms" engraved on it, it was put together in New Hampshire. It IS poss' to have both. I have several Sigs. One of them, the 2340, was made in Switzerland AND the US. The value, depends on the condition. Used, about 500-600 depending on the market. Most of the used ones I've seen go for about 500. The problem selling a fire arm is that it's value is only what a buyer is willing to pay. hope this helps. PS. The proof marks make the gun slightly more valuable, as it has been greatly tested for high load pressures, tolerances and accuracy.
