I think if Bartlett doesn't go to Utrip rules then no one should play there. Some people can't afford to keep buying equipment and alot of guys don't want people swinging their bat cause they are so expensive and they are easier to break. I think ASA is getting a cut from some of these manufacturers cause they know people will have to buy new equipment every time they change the rules.
