Yes it and the Flex were grandfathered in for just one year. Like the Freak was the year before. ASA ig going to 92 or 93 mph bats in 2010 with some of the other 98mph bats being granfathered for 2010. You need to check to see which ones. In alot of our leagues they are leaving ASA and playing U-Trip bat rules in league so players only need one bat.
