My clients only stated that they felt the best opportunity to get on base was hitting in the middle of the field. My clients never stated they were aiming at anyone to intentionally injure or maim. My client will do whatever they feel is in their best interest to win a softball game. If some unfortunate accident occurs it will totally be the PITCHER's fault for not fielding his position the way he should! As my esteemed colleague Johnny Cochran stated in a privious trial," If the glove does not fit, you must acquit!" Sounds like Nick Cloud need a bigger glove!!!
