If you don't know how the law in TN works. Then shut the fu(k up. State law states that you cant be arrested for a Misdemeanor of that type without 1st going through the proper procedures.Like Nick and the MPD did Then you have whats called an investigation,were both sides will be questioned. So know what your talking about before you open that dumbass mouth of yours.
