I built and have run this site for 5 years and can guarantee you that the Seadragon site has nothing to do with pop ups. I am on the site everyday and have never seen a pop up.
May I suggest that it's either your ISP or perhaps the IE browser you are using that bring you the pop ups. It's not the Dragon site.
