Just a message to let anyone who knew my father, Albert Henry Packard, that he passed away on January 21,2009 at his winter home in Yuma, AZ. After the Navy he retired from being a QA inspector in 1984 from Bangor,WA. He was on the Seadragon from 1964-1966.
