I attended the USSVI Meeting in San Diego (just visiting) and ComSubRon 11 gave a presentation and his COB was a chief whose name was given as Dessart (sp?). When his history was read it said that he qualified on the Seadragon. I didn't get a chance to catch him and talk to him and didn't see his name on the Roster. Does anyone remember him?
