I am going to be taking this week off due to knee injury I am stuck wearing a brace and have got a crap load of tendons ripped off my knee and it really hurts but to the point I am going to take this week off i have a doc appointment wed to find out what they want to do so after tomorrow i wont be able to do any updates until next monday sorry but I am really hurting and am on some pretty good drugs right now and do not want to mess things up trying to update on meds. So eric montgomery has my info for this site he can update some stuff if need be. Talk to u all soon
