Looking for a boat to purchase for Jamaica WI

I am looking for sail boat to keep in Jamaica WI on south coast near Black River for teaching sailing and for off shore day sailing. This a not for profit project and I am open to any and all interested persons that want to either actively participate or just want to help.
I live in Jamaica during the winter in the fishing community of Parottee. The South Coast of Jamaica is not a tourist haven but laid back and quiet; fishing and farming is what most people do to make a living. If you have any interest please contact me. Fred Ricard 518-432-0736
