One of the most comfortable small sailboats I have sailed in with another good sized guy in shifty winds was a Capri 14-2 on Tempe town lake.
I didn't buy it at the time because I didn't have any place to store it and he was asking over book for it. It had a motor mount no rowing though. Try before you buy if you can.
