I see you have a Sandpiper. I've seen a couple around here on Lake Erie. Nice boat.
You must have to contend with swift currents around there.
You can console yourself with the fact that the southern sailors will be jealous of our weather here in the summer. It's too hot, muggy with many t'storms and even hurricanes down south in the summer. Besides, we get to really appreciate our shorter season and stay healthy shoveling snow in the winter!
