I am organizing the Big Show for Small Boats http://www.richpassage.com/KHF.html for the Memorial Day weekend Kitsap Harbor Festival
The show is from 9am to 3pm on Saturday May 23, and it is FREE to participants and patrons. The show site is the Port Orchard Waterfront Park next to the Port Orchard Marina and Bremerton/Port Orchard Foot Ferry terminal. There will also be a Farmer's Market in the parking lot next to the park during the same hours as the show so in addition to the marina visitors, there will be a ready made crowd from the market.
We currently have confirmations for a nice selection of the best small craft built in Washington. If you are interested in participating please let me know at your earliest convenience so I can start the show layout and space allocations.
You don't have to be a commercial builder to participate. If you want to show off your project boat your also welcome.
There will also be a dinghy class race Saturday afternoon in conjunction with the Kitsap Cup Regatta.
