Looks like all you need is the TES678 (24' - overall).
Mast rising system integral on the boat- single line from cockpit controls, shrouds keep mast stable from swinging sideways at any position.
Due to flat bottom sits straight without the water (see picture).
Swing keel operated from cockpit(single line)- 12" up, 4'6"down. Open transom allows for very commfortable access - also on the trailer.
headroom 5'-8" two double berths (stern, forward), private head (5'-5" inside) - comfortable living all the time, not only with pop-top.
Bow pulpit with a seat and anchor roller.
She weigths 3500lbs (fixed ballast - no water), but this gives her CE B classification.
One will come on trailer from Toronto (fourth winter) to sail off the Keys in March.
