Bert,
I live in the Fl Keys but sail into the Atlantic and Gulf so for me Shallow draft is a must but sea worthiness is paramount. I've had 3 trimarans with the current one being an F-31 and the best of the bunch, the only problem being sometimes it's just too fast. My Sea Pearl 21 is also a good boat but a cabin with standing headroom and true offshore capability is wonderful. F-27's seem to be a bargain these days are are certainly proven designs and trailerable behind modest vehicles. Dave
