I believe that information was contained in an IM brochure from the late 90's. Now, that information is no longer in any of IM's literature, so it may not be valid (or there may have been a literature change with potential liability in mind), but Judy Blumhorst also mentions personal experience with righting ability of the boat of at least 90 degrees in one of her on-line articles on the P19. And you know, as I said above, I am not advocating going around the world in the thing, but I know from personal experience that it is great for going down the Gulf Coast, contrary to statements earlier in the thread by folks who have likely never even been on one...
