A local charity in my town (Fairhope, AL) has a Siren 17 up for auction. I've looked the boat exterior over and it seems in fair condition - the centerboard is pretty corroded and some of the wood is rotted out, but the hull seems sound and the trailer seems OK. There is no outboard. I haven't seem the sails. If you'd like more information you can contact Emmy's Thrift Shop/Ecumenical Ministries, Inc, 564 Fairhope Ave., Fairhope, AL 36532, (251) 990-8995. I have some additional information from looking the boat over, for anyone who is interested. The auction is by sealed bid, minimum bid $950, bids must be received by 4pm on 5/16, with purchase to be completed w/i 5 days afterwards. I'm not affiliated with either the boat or the charity, just thought there might be interest here.
