SEA PEARL

I'm looking for an easy to trail, easy to rig, easy to sail boat. Thinking about a Sea Pearl 21, or a Norseboat. Am a little concerned about stability. Are these boats reasonably stable? Saw a video on the Pearl, seemed very tender. Norseboat has no ballast. Does the Pearl have flotation? If not, is it a problem? Heard they are all but impossible to right by yourself. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
