3. is Lady Sarah Chatto, who was one of the four royal children so very close in age.
In birth date order - James Ogilvy, Prince Edward, Lady Helen (Windsor) Taylor, and Lady Sarah (Armstrong Jones) Chatto.
So Lady Sarah's youngest "cousin" was Lady Helen.
