It certainly had me scratching my head as I was thinking that his English title would be no.1 and that it was probably a medieval king I was looking for.But none fitted until you narrowed it down to the 19th century for me.I then hesitated over the Hanover bit as I remembered seeing a picture of his statue in the town of Gottingen which referred to him as 'Guilielmus Quartus' (see below).
I can't wait to join you,Ken and Charles on the piste!!
