Well No.5 is a lion cub - mentioned in several places but I can't find a name for it.
Since the owners do not have to be living and you said that No.1 is the oldest royal (in this quiz) and not the same generation as numbers 2 to 4 could it have belonged to Queen Mary? Queen Alexandra? I don't recall either of them having big dogs.
