I hadn't heard it either. It's sad news.
I liked a lot of their music. "A World Without Love" and "I Go To Pieces" are two of my personal favorites by them.
In the last few years, we've lost some British Invasion artists who had hits in the mid-sixties. I suppose it's a sure sign we're all getting a little older.
