Roy, I do remember the versions of "We Gotta Get Out Of This Place" being slightly different. I liked it when Eric added "And you know it, too" at the end.
Here's another example: When I first heard the song "Time Is On My Side" being played on AM radio back in late 1964, it opened with a church organ type of sound. However, the version on the CD's is different. There's some guitar work to start the song.
I like both, but prefer the version with the organ. Perhaps, because I heard it first that way and got used to it.
