Hi, Roy! I think a lot of people thought the Righteous Brothers were black. Of course, when we saw them sing on television, we found out otherwise.
Here's another example along those lines:
I always thought (for years) the O'Kaysions were a black group whenever I heard them sing their hit song, "Girl Watcher."
