Bobby "Boris" Pickett passed away at the age of 69. The hit song "The Monster Mash" debuted in 1962 and hit the charts again 1970 and 1972. Interesting this song was rejected by four record companies and so it lives on. LOVE IT! Makes me think of this stop motion puppet movie called MAD MONSTER PARTY produced by Rankin and Bass. And always for Halloween! When I want to stop getting dressed up I go well this song is here so yeah I'm going to party. What are you memories of this song?
