Carol has quite a history with AIM. Her first (indirect) encounter with them is in Ms. Marvel V1 #2. Hence she knows a lot about them. However, after flipping (very rapidly) through "Essential Ms. Mavel" (which contains all issues of her first series) I haven't found any reference to this "naked under the suit" thing.
