The slow - but still amusing - War of the Marvels approaches its conclusion as Carol is fully restored as a whole person. In the last issue Reed threw a curve ball by having the Donovan persona implanted into Moonstone's body. Exactly why or how the Storyteller 2.0's were involved in this is still unknown. They just pop up like the treasures in a Nintendo game. Through this possession Carol finally gets the upper hand, but not by pounding the snot of Karla once and for all. Instead, after being fully restored, she finally uses her energy absorbing ability to get to the heart of Moonstone's power. Yep, she stole her mojo. But what's a nicer touch to this victory is how Carol acts like the heroine she's always wanted to become. Face the facts. Moonstone is no Ms. Marvel.
