Seriously, 70's Marvel had some brick house characters. Characters were rendered more solid back then, men and women. The ideal is a lot different then what it is now out in the world as well.
This You Tube clip from the 1980 movie XANADU, while not comic book related,shows what I'm talking about. I keep expecting Dazzler to show up on roller skates. Or Olivia Newton John as Ms. Marvel?
