I'm calling it ..the 'pink energy lady' on the second page... that is SOOOO CAROL back from the ...errrm... dead..
after-all, she did explode into a giant ball of energy, so if she is to re-constitute herself - its reasonable to think she would need some transitional forms before she got fully back together... I think this fits.
plus what language is that? Could it be Kree? This happened in Saudi Arabia, that is where some of the ghazi stuff happened yeah? I cant quite remember
in truth, this is just speculation on my part.. but as soon as Carol 'died' I knew (well, felt it was prudent to) I needed to be on the lookout for any 'mysterious energy creatures' popping up... as they could be Carol trying to pull herself back together...
on a side note - How AWESOME is the art of SANA TAKEDA.. seems like she does the coloring too... the effects she has used look fantastic - the shock-wave thingy of the meteor is awesome too
There is NO WAY that is Carol or even Carol related. For one; the energy women (I think there is more than one, due to the different colours) are killing people. Lots of people. That isn't/wasn't Carol's style. And two; it's too soon to bring Carol back. Brian Reed can easily milk 12 issues out of Karla before Carol gets the book back. And personally I hope she never does. Karla's too wonderful to be replaced; Carol is better on a team.
