Another theory

Brian Reed continously connect Carol's death with the Cru issues.

The last thing which happened with Cru was:

Carol was depowered, then killed then revived with binary powers.

Are we going to see the same here? Is the death more literal, then we thought? Carol may die and be revived as Binary?

But then, why would she go undercover as Binary?
Something is still missing...
