This could be good!

Now, I love Carol. I don't want to see her die. But I doubt if she'll be gone from the title. Popular speculation seems to point to the "Carol Danvers" identity "dying" (and possibly going undercover), but Carol will still be around in a new identity. Moonstone will need an adversary, after all!

And if there's one thing that Ms. Marvel/Carol Danvers desperately needs, is a worthy adversary. If they're building up Moonstone to be Carol's arch-enemy, I'll be VERY happy. Moonstone is a b###h, but she's an interesting b###h, and a Carol vs. Karla ongoing rivalry sounds great to me.

Once again, I love Carol. And if she really dies, I'll drop the book. But this new news could actually build the book and the character of Carol up rather than tear it down. We'll see.
