That's a good idea, a Supergirl-type costume would look cool.
And having looked at the issue again, I see that Ultra Girl is wearing the exact same red Ms. Marvel costume. It's not modified like I first thought. I got a little confused because Ultra Girl's new outfit doesn't have a bare midriff, but then I realized that Carol's midriff got covered as well later on in the original series.
