The Mother Of Ares Son?

It's a thread never touched on in that great Ares mini, Bendis is the master of all things Ares now, and he's always had a soft spot for Carol Danvers. Think Carol could be the mother of Ares' son? Bendis' love does seem to involve doing terrible things to her. I can even work it into continuity. In that Avengers Annual where Rogue nearly killed Carol, she says she worked out the machines in Limbo eventually and freed herself. What if she didn't? What if Ares offered a ticket home in exchange for her carrying his child first? I could live with that and Carol even then with her original Ms Marvel power set would have looked mighty (get it?) attractive to Ares if he were looking for a powerful mom. It might explain why Carol was the one who knew where to find the war god...
