I was waiting for somebody else to start the discussion. I liked this issue. It was funny to see A.I.M. can still hide a base underneath NYC. The action was tight and the build-up was well timed.
: Surprised no one was sounding off on this
: issue. In it, we see the return of Kerwin
: Korman, the Doomsday Man, and the reason why
: AIM wears those funky bee keeper helmets
: (nice POV displays!). AIM has always been
: more plausible then HYDRA to me, the whole
: techno-terrorist theme works well in the
: 21st century rather then HYDRA's COBRA
: Commander style antics.
:
: Gotta say...De La Torre was on..and off
: his game on this issue. Some panels were
: really good, others...not so good. The
: Doomsday Man looked good, as did the Targoth
: zombies, but Ms. Marvel was looking a bit
: cracked out in some panels.
:
: A satisfying jumping on point for Ms.
: Marvel all around, I must say. PS- The
: zombies in storage reminded me of the
: zombies from RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD.
: Surprised the AIM goons weren't named
: Freddy and Frank, and they didn't call Burt!
: "Ms. Marvel's braaaaains!!"
