anyone have contacts for llasa apso/shihtzu rescue in the Arizona/Phoenix area?

Little fella ran towards me when I was picking up my mail tonight. Looks fairly well groomed and nourished. I knocked on all neighbors doors but nobody knows it. Bonnie and Sherlock went ballistic. My neighbor across the street has it in the garage right now but neither her nor me can keep it.
