Poor old Sam. We are sure he's not itchy and somehow triggered to lick other stuff as well as the ouchy/itchy spots? Does Benadryl give any relief?

Before prescribing Prozac, check to see if he might be experiencing CCD -- canine cognitive dysfunction. There's a checklist somewhere on the Anipryl website (that is the drug used for CCD). Anipryl website for CCD
