Thanks Pam! We have tried all of the above. This morning I lathered her up real good with Dawn, then poured a solution I found on the internet of 2 quarts of vinegar, a 1/2 cup of baking soda, and 2 tsp of dishwashing detergent. My husband has made various concoctions including hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking soda. I am letting her soak for 30 minutes right now in the mixture plus Dawn and will go rinse her good. She as had several baths and still stinks. Now she smells like skunk and vinegar. It seems to be the worst on her head and her ridge....I figure the skunk hit her head on, and all my dogs tend to get musky in their ridge of not bathed occasionally. My old dog has to be bathed weekly due to skin problems. Ah, the fun never ends!
