Slow down? Oh my gosh, NO! Capitalize on your puppy's willingness to learn and please you and start working on refining some of those behaviors. For example, instead of rewarding EVERY roll over with a food treat, give food treats for only the perfectly executed ones. The others can get a bit of praise and a pat, but clearly, he wants the f-o-o-d so use that to your advantage when solidifying tricks. Still keep it fun and interesting, of course, but he is obviously enjoying his interactive time with you, so definitely keep doing it!
Now would be a great time to think about getting him started in a beginning agility (easy stuff -- no tight weaves or jumping), obedience (Rally would be a good place to start), or tracking class. Nothing too strenuous, but enough to set the foundation for more competitive performance events later on. Go do that CGC while you're at it And, if you're up for a real challenge, there are only a handful of RRs who excel at flyball. Yours might also do well!
