Get in touch with the Ridgeback Rescue, Inc. folks:

Texas OFTEN has puppies available through Rescue, even if they're not listed on the website. TX usually has a good number of dogs, many of which never make it to the website because how well RRRI volunteers work to place them with existing applicants.
Do use extreme caution if you decide to go with a breeder -- use a RRCUS breeder as Chris suggested -- and please don't "bargain shop" for a puppy. TX has a disgusting number of mini-puppy mills, some of which have very slick websites and talk a good game, but aren't breeding responsibly at all. If you have questions about a particular breeder, ask around -- if they're legitimate, other breeders (who have no connection to that breeder's litter) won't hesitate to give a recommendation.
Good luck in finding a new pup!
Alyssa.
