I am not sure what you mean by processor? Is that the butcher? We send all of our cows and pigs to the butcher who cuts them up. But do these butchers take horses or is that someplace else I should check into?? So I should go to the butcher and ask for scraps and bones? (We do our chickens ourselves). Yeah, my bfriend said he would check about getting the tripe from the cows also.
Hunting season is pretty huge here, I am sure I can find stuff like that for her somewhere.
Do you still give them frozen or do you thaw it out now?
