All I know about teeth is that all of ours have gorgeous, healthy, pearly white teeth, and I attribute that to the fact that they get a lot of raw meals and plenty of big, meaty bones to chew on. They do eat kibble sometimes, but they get enough bones that their teeth and gums stay in great shape. I NEVER clean their teeth and none of them has ever needed any dental care (except Argos, who came to us from rescue with a broken pre-molar which the vet removed).
