I'm lucky that Nala will mostly lay in the grass and since she's stopped digging holes to China she stays mostly clean.
Have you considered a yoga mat? Nala loves to do yoga with me! As soon as I put the mat out she does the Downward Facing Dog and then goes into relaxation mode -- on my mat! They're cheap enough and can be hosed off.
Anyway good luck! We go to the vet tomorrow to see about her skin issue. I'll keep everyone posted.
